If you are not satisfied with your order, you can simply return it.


How can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with the goods you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Request a return form at whoopawebshop@gmail.com and send the completed return form with the shipment. If the form is not completed, we cannot process the return request.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with the tags and labels attached. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds

After receipt, the goods will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3 days.

Delayed or no refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact our customer service.

What are the conditions for returning my order?

You must pay the costs of returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Obligations for processing the declaration

- Products such as underwear, lingerie, stockings, care products such as hair and skin products and personal products are excluded from the right of return at Whoopa Shop. This has to do with hygiene and the fact that personal products may not be resold. These products cannot be returned and will not be taken into account.
Personalized products cannot be returned either, as they cannot be resold to other customers.

- Include a tracking code with the return shipment. If you do not do this and we do not receive your return, we unfortunately cannot refund your purchase amount.
Email a photo of the tracking code on the day of shipment.

- The return form must be printed and enclosed with the package.
- The product must be sent in unused condition.
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging.
- The product will be checked for any damage caused by the customer and a damaged product submitted by you will not be accepted.
